We offer a customised approach to physical exercise designed to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
Goal Setting We will set and agree achievable goals .eg, losing weight, gaining muscle, increasing endurance, improving flexibility or recovering from an injury. These goals will help shape the structure of the training program.
Assessment To begin we carry out a full assessment of your physical condition, including factors like strength, endurance and body composition as well as any injuries and current health. We then create a customised workout plan for you.
Instruction and Support We provide hands-on instruction, ensuring exercises are done safely and effectively.
Motivation Having a personal trainer offers a level of motivation and accountability which focuses the mind and keeps you on track
Tracking We will monitor your progress adjusting your program as needed as you move closer to your goals

We are extremely proud of the fact that no two classes are designed the same.
Our outdoor group classes contain a mixture of;
  • Strength Training: Using weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises to build muscle.
  • Cardiovascular Training: Activities like running, HiiT, MetCon to improve heart health and endurance.
  • Flexibility and Mobility: Stretching and functional exercises to increase range of motion and prevent injury.
  • Balance and Coordination: Exercises that enhance stability and functional movement.
As well as body weight exercises we run sessions using equipment including slamballs, battle ropes, kettlebells and free weights.

Senior Movement

Otford Methodist church - £3 Thursday 9.30 – 1 hour.

Our senior movement classes are for older adults and focus on improving mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and overall physical health. These classes target various levels of fitness and emphasise functional movement.

  • Slower and controlled movements to minimize the risk of injury.
  • Balance exercises to reduce the risk of falls.
  • Simple exercises like heel-to-toe walking, leg lifts, and standing on one foot can be included.
  • Resistance training, using light weights, resistance bands, or body weight, helps seniors maintain muscle mass and bone density.
  • Strengthening muscles in the legs, core, and arms is particularly important for maintaining mobility and stability.
  • Stretching exercises focus on increasing flexibility and joint range of motion.
  • Our senior movement classes include low-impact aerobic exercises to improve cardiovascular health.
  • We use seated aerobics, marching in place, or walking to boost heart health without putting excessive strain on the body.
  • Breathing techniques and mindfulness can be part of the sessions to promote relaxation and mental health.
  • Our classes also provide opportunities for socialisation, improving mental and emotional well-being.
